  • CEO | Partner

My journey in politics began with an internship on a congressional campaign, where I discovered my passion for connecting with communities and driving change. Since then, I’ve worked on local, congressional, and statewide campaigns, as well as with national organizations, leading the development of innovative political outreach programs.

Collaboration is at the heart of what I do, and I take pride in working closely with diverse teams to achieve shared goals. Moving between my home state of Washington and San Jose California, I spend my free time tinkering with my novel, gaming with friends, and experimenting in the kitchen.

I’m a problem solver with a background in philosophy, driven by the belief that stagnation is the enemy of success. Throughout my career, I’ve worked with non-profits, campaigns, and small businesses, applying persistence, creative thinking, and high motivation to help clients overcome challenges and achieve meaningful results. My ability to adapt and work effectively across industries remains one of my greatest strengths.

For me, teamwork makes the dream work. My leadership style focuses on breaking down communication barriers and encouraging growth, both personally and as a team. When we communicate openly and keep learning, we create a space where everyone can do their best work.

I hold a B.A. and M.A in Philosophy with a focus in Virtue Ethics, and in my free time I’m pursuing a law degree. I also garden and game with my husband and our two dogs, two cats, and four chickens.

  • Vice President of Fundraising

I’m Gabe Magic and... I. Love. Fundraising. Donors like to be part of something bigger. They find meaning and feel connected when giving money. I enjoy making these connections and am fed by the relationships this work provides. Throughout my career, I have primarily worked with causes and candidates that I believe in to help them excel in raising money. I am excited to engage with further world-changers to meet and exceed fundraising goals.

I prefer fundraising tactics with the best return on investment. The first rule is that you have to ask. Experience has taught me how to best coach and encourage clients to engage people in a way that makes both parties feel good about the interaction. We have fun in the success we achieve—just don’t ask me to “work my magic.”

When my wife Angela and I got married, we changed our names to “Magic” and now live in Seattle with our son Tilden Wild Magic. I am also an artist and as a wood-turner, I create unique modern lamps out of hardwood I find. @puddlewoodturning

  • Associate Vice President of Client Success

I enjoy working in political spaces, bringing my experience as a City Councilmember, a Board Member for the Association of Secular Elected Officials, a former candidate for the Washington State Legislature, a former public school teacher, and, perhaps most importantly, a childless Millennial dog lady. I've seen a thing or two, and I’ve learned a lot along the way.

My focus is on communications and field organizing, where I provide general support for candidates and organizations that align with my values of freedom, equality, and justice. When I’m not busy feeding the dogs or working to feed the dogs, you can find me enjoying Star Trek, diving into JRPGs, or painting miniatures for Warhammer 40k (Adepta Sororitas all the way). I also have a pretty cool spouse who I love spending time with, along with our foster dog, an Alaskan Malamute named Hutch.
